If your credit card expires we will send you a link to update your subscription. If you are a PayPal user, updating your card information in your PayPal account will automatically accommodate your subscription.

How do I change the email address to which my e-letters should be sent?

You can edit your profile e-mail address by logging into your account, navigating to “Your Account”, and replacing the email address there with your new one.

Why have my e-letters stopped coming, and what can I do about it?

We never drop subscribers. However, periodically, some email providers may classify the newsletter as “spam,” which could mean that your e-letter ends up in a junk email folder or is not received at all. If you consistently do not receive the e-letter, we suggest adding the email address  customercare@sarkargm.com  to your email contact list to prevent them from going into your junk email folder. Until the problem is resolved, you can always read the e-letters by going to the Newsletter archives at www.sarkargm.com.

Can Kiron Sarkar advise me via email about my investments?

Regulatory provisions prohibit Kiron from giving specific investment advice by email.

May I have permission to repost part or all of one or more of Kiron’s e-letters?

If you would like permission to post Kiron’s e-letters, please contact us to set-up an affiliate relationship  http://sarkargm.com/?page_id=11 .

I’m having trouble reading text or graphics in e-letters. What can I do?

You can adjust the size of the text using your browser.  This is typically done on most browsers using the “Ctrl” + “+” keystrokes to make the text larger.  You can use “Ctrl” + “-” to make the text smaller.  These options are also typically available through your browsers settings or options panel.

Why are graphics in e-letters not appearing on my screen?

If images are failing to appear, there are several possibilities:

  1. The HTML email sent to you is being converted to plain text, either by the email program on your machine or by your email provider (ISP).
  2. Your email program is turning the images off, and you need to turn them on (allow them to be displayed) for that message.
  3. The web server that is hosting the images is temporarily down.
